Weekly Meditation Course for Health and Wellbeing

This local Zen Mindfulness Meditation Course is run every Monday for 8 weeks. This course is ideal for people wishing to manage stress, physical or emotional pain and will require a daily commitment to practice afterwards.

Over the 8 weeks you will learn 4 Zen meditations each practiced for 2 weeks.
