Listening to feedback over the past few years we decided to introduce a short intense Reiki training session for those who wish to self-help. These 4 hour sessions will cover a brief background on Usui/Holy Fire Reiki. You will receive a Placement which allows Reiki to flow through you and then you will be given time to practice the self-hand positions so you can give yourself a very effective treatment at home. This intense session can be taught one to one or in small groups.
Reiki level 1 will allow you to reduce stress and anxiety, reduce blood pressure and aid sleep, digestion and healing.
Kinburn is holding a Reiki 1 Placement for self-help on the 15th September 2018. Limited spaces are available.
If this date doesn’t suit and you would like to arrange one of these self-help courses, then please contact us. You will receive ongoing support and a manual to take home with you. This course is perfect for those who are perhaps short on time and looking to introduce Reiki into their lives. It is also ideal for anyone who has been priced out of Reiki courses in the past, or is just looking to learn something new. At Kinburn Holistic Centre we teach all levels of Reiki up to Holy Fire II Karuna Master.
