Elaine is a member of the UK Reiki Federation and has trained to the level of Reiki Master/Teacher, holding international accreditation as a Master/Teacher in Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki, which allows her to teach all levels of Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki following training with William Lee Rand from the USA.
Elaine is a qualified Zen Mindfulness Meditation teacher and has practised meditation for over 30 years.
She has also trained with the Diana Cooper School and is a qualified teacher, as well as a practitioner in Colour Therapy and Atlantean Crystal Healing.

The practice recently relocated to Ardoe, Aberdeenshire, having been previously situated in St Andrews, Fife. The move offers a calm, rural space for relaxation and healing, only a short distance from Aberdeen.
