Given regularly these therapies can regulate blood pressure, aid digestion and sleep, relieve headaches and assist healing injuries.
I encourage my regular clients to take the self-Reiki course I offer. This enables them to benefit from self-treatments between appointments.
The therapy room on the ground floor benefits from an hydraulic therapy couch that can lower to allow the client easy access on to it.
